Wondering what to do with the kids? As you can see there’s lots of things to do for children and grandchildren on a steam train day out at Perrygrove – not just a steam train ride but lots of other ideas for the kids including treehouses, under-cover play, and our wonderful woodland to explore. We are adding new attractions for grown-ups too. Please allow at least 2 hours for your fun day out – many of our visitors stay all day! We are located on the edge of the Dean Forest, near Coleford in Gloucestershire. We’re on the border of South Wales. Christmas at Perrygrove
Father Christmas actually comes down our chimney! We have lots of events throughout the year at Perrygrove, but none are as magical as Christmas! Only £12 per person! There is lots to do at Perrygrove at Christmas time. Ride in our snug carriages through a beautiful winter woodland, play on the treetop adventure, search for your hidden Christmas treasure, and of course, see Father Christmas actually come down the chimney and receive a gift from him.
