Lots! Please start at the page which describes our railway and follow the links.

How does the treasure hunt work?
We supply the key to unlock a box of hidden treasure and the clues you need to find it. Ride away on the train to hunt for clues in the woods, or stay on the train and find them at the stations. Then ride back to the indoor village to find the treasure - which can be shared. There is a small charge for the treasure hunt - see our Prices page for details.

How do I find you?
Please see our find us easily page. Important! Satnavs will not bring you to our entrance. use your satnav to find Coleford, and as you approach the town turn the satnav off and follow the brown tourist signs to Perrygrove.

Do you take baby buggies?
You can bring your buggies in to Perrygrove. If you have a reasonable-sized buggy that will fold to go under your seats you can take it on the train. Sometimes we have extra space for buggies in the guard's van. If you can't fit your buggy on the train or don't want to bother with it you can leave it under cover in our carriage shed at your risk.

What about people with disabilities?
We try hard to welcome everyone to our railway.
- Mobility - There is a gently sloping route from the car park all the way to the train. At the moment the ground is rather stony - we accept we need to do something about that. There is space for up to 3 wheelchairs on the train. The ground level of the indoor villages and the treasure boxes are wheelchair accessible. We are proud of the accessibility of our Treetop Adventure which has a wheelchair ramp all the way up.
- Visual impairment - We will be grateful if help is requested by any visually impaired people
- Hearing impairment - We will be grateful if help is requested by any people with impaired hearing
- Learning difficulties - We have extensive experience of providing a rewarding visit
We do not discriminate in terms of charging - everyone who comes to Perrygrove is asked to pay the usual entrance fee, including carers.

Can we bring our dog?
We like dogs but (sorry) they can't enter the site at Perrygrove. The reasons are that we need to provide a suitable environment for children including very young children, and we keep free-range poultry and waterfowl. We know that most dog owners are responsible people but the trouble is that we can't tell who is responsible and who is not when customers walk up to our ticket counter. We make an exception for Guide and Hearing Dogs in harness and we will lend a water bowl to any dog who arrives at Perrygrove feeling thirsty. We will also do our best to park dogs' cars in shade (but this is not easy and not guaranteed, especially in high summer).
