CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Tickets for Christmas trains are sold subject to the conditions that Treasure Train Ltd. ("the company") will do its best to operate the service for which the tickets are issued, and that if the service is cancelled a full refund of the ticket price will be given immediately but no other compensation will be paid, and that no refund will be given if the service operates. However if a customer is unable to use their tickets and informs us in advance we will use reasonable endeavours to re-sell the tickets or so many of them as is possible. If we succeed in re-selling tickets we will reimburse the proceeds we actually receive from the re-sale to the original customer less an administration charge of 20%. Cheque payments are made to M&F Crofts as collection agents for the company but your contract is with the company.
